Private Placement

Hand-matched hiring, with the candidate's consent at every step

Private Placement is the Desk's curated introduction channel. We match people to roles by hand, propose the introduction to the candidate, and reveal a name only after that candidate says yes. Placement fees never affect rankings, match scores, demand data or reviews.

For candidates

Free, private, and yours to leave

  • ·The Desk may contact you about hand-matched roles. Nothing moves without your explicit yes to each introduction.
  • ·Only FinCrime Desk staff see your identity and resume, until you approve one specific named introduction.
  • ·The employer or recruiting firm pays FinCrime Desk a placement fee. Candidates never pay anything.
  • ·You can leave Private Placement at any time.
  • ·Your "hidden from" list is respected without exception — a blocked employer is never told about you, and a block always wins.

For employers & recruiting firms

The Desk proposes. The candidate consents. Then you meet.

  1. 1 · You tell us the seat: discipline, level, market, and what good looks like.
  2. 2 · We curate from the placement pool by hand — no database access, no browsing, no bulk exports.
  3. 3 · We propose the introduction to the candidate with your name and the role context.
  4. 4 · Only if the candidate accepts do we release their name, resume and contact details to you.
