FinCrimeDesk is a job aggregation site for financial crime compliance professionals. Listings are collected from employers' public career sites and other public sources. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or still available — roles are filled, edited, and withdrawn by employers without notice to us.

Applications happen on the employer's own website, under the employer's terms and privacy policy. FinCrimeDesk is not a party to any application, hiring decision, or employment relationship, and no employment or agency relationship exists between you and FinCrimeDesk.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish listings or salary data at scale;
• Attempt to access another user's account or data;
• Interfere with the operation of the site or its underlying infrastructure;
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, including employer listings you are not authorized to post;
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

You are responsible for the credentials on your account and for the accuracy of information you submit, including job listings and alert preferences. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinCrimeDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost employment opportunities, lost income, or decisions made in reliance on listings, salary figures, or career content — arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
