ABOUT THE ROLE The BSA Operations Manager runs the day-to-day engine of CTB’s BSA/AML and Sanctions program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer / BSA Officer, the Manager owns customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, screening, investigations, and regulatory reporting, and grows the analyst team as the Trust Bank scales.
